Jennifer Robins established Legit Bread Company out of a desperate need for satisfying grain-free baked goods. She gave up gluten first and later grain. And then she realized how inauthentic paleo-friendly bread options were. She locked herself in her kitchen and refused to come out until the loaf was legit.
